03

How we use your data

  • To reply to your request and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising without your permission and we do not make automated decisions about you.

04

How long we keep it

  • Requests that do not lead to work: up to 12 months after the last contact.
  • Client data: for the duration of the business relationship and then for the period required by tax and accounting law.
  • Server logs: for the period set by the hosting provider, for security reasons.

06

Transfers outside Europe

If you contact us via WhatsApp or WeChat, your message passes through those companies’ services, under their own privacy policies, and may be processed outside the European Economic Area. If you prefer to avoid this, please use email.

When one of our providers processes data outside the European Economic Area, we ensure the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
